Banana & Honey Mousse Popsicles

Banana & Honey Mousse Popsicles are healthy vitamin popsicles for hot Summer days for kids (or the kid inside of all of us).

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana (large or 2 small)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Choc Honeycomb Good Kids Stuff
  • 2 tsp honey or coconut nectar or 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Method

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pour into popsicle moulds.
Place popsicle sticks in the centre of each mould.
Freeze for an hour, or until set.

Tip: Try changing it up by swapping peanut butter for pistachio or almond butter and fold in cranberries, blueberries and cacao nibs for a super yummy treat.
