- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 serve Just Natural or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup oats
- 1-2 dates, pitted & soaked (overnight if possible)
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order they are listed and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
