Cliff’s Ultimate Sports Smoothie
The extreme smoothie for performance training – high in calories and nutrients

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100ml coconut cream
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 1 tbsp raspberry powder
- 2 tbsp ABC spread
- 400ml iced water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 serve Good Green Stuff
- 5 tbsp Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
Method
Place all ingredients into blender, blend on high until smooth.
