- 1 Frozen Banana
- 4 Frozen Strawberries
- 2 Fresh Strawberries
- 3 Tablespoons of Vanilla Coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoons of @Nuzest Clean lean protein (vanilla)
- 1 Tablespoons of Crushed Tiger Nuts
Blend all the ingredients in your blender, by first adding the fresh strawberries, coconut yoghurt and then the frozen banana and strawberries along with the
protein and tiger nut blends. The moist wet ingredients at the bottom will ensure the frozen fruit is blended easier.
Ideally use a blender that is equipt for frozen fruit.
