- ¾ cup chilled, filtered water
- 2 tsp Good Green Stuff
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric (or ¼ tsp ground)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 stalk of celery, cut into chunks
- 1 apple, cut into pieces
- 1 small banana
- ½ medium cucumber, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup ice
- Add filtered water and Good Green Stuff to a blender and mix together on low speed.
- Add fruit, vegetables and spices and blend until smooth.
- Add ice last to reach desired consistency.
